1. Licensing

The use of SenseMation software is governed by specific license agreements:

• SenseMation Core: Licensed under the terms specified in the public GitHub repository.
• SenseMation Pro/Enterprise: Governed by separate commercial license agreements provided by Innovomind, LLC at the time of purchase or engagement.

2. Use of Software

You agree to use our software only for lawful purposes related to industrial data acquisition and production intelligence. Unauthorized modification, reverse engineering, or distribution outside the scope of your license provided by Innovomind, LLC is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software architecture related to SenseMation are the exclusive property of Innovomind, LLC, unless otherwise noted for open-core components.

4. Limitation of Liability

Innovomind, LLC provides its website and software "as is" and "as available." We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services in industrial environments.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Innovomind, LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
